David Hutchinson is one of the foremost authorities on real estate investment and development in the Wood River Valley.  Since arriving in Sun Valley in 1978 with a B.S. degree in Finance from Babson College, Mr. Hutchinson has dedicated the past 24 years to understanding the components of a growing resort real estate market and to mastering successful investment strategies.
    

David was originally licensed to sell real estate in 1981 with Ketchum Realty and is now one of the three owners. David’s primary interest in investment and golf development is witnessed by a number of successful projects and ventures.  Most notable was the creation and implementation of The Valley Club planned unit development.  As the largest shareholder and managing partner, Mr. Hutchinson shepherded his vision though various entitlements, financing, construction, marketing and sellout.
